Six small rules that keep the house calm

Shoes come off at the door and go in a cubby. Slippers are provided, and you wear them everywhere but the rooms and the scrub room.

Tie long hair up before the scrub and the rooms. Hair ties are at the front desk.

Take a towel into every room and sit on it. Used towels go in the basket by the door, not on the floor.

Phones stay in your locker or on silent at the front desk. They are not used in the rooms, the scrub room or the lounge.

Keep voices low. If you would like to talk, the front desk and the lounge are the places for it.

Disposable underwear or a swimsuit for the scrub, and the plain top and shorts from the front desk in the sauna rooms.
