Your first visit
Four things to know, in the order they happen.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Pick a scrub, a massage or time in the rooms, and a time that is open. Say at booking if you would like a Korean-speaking attendant.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Not much. Slippers, robes and towels are provided, and there are lockers.
A swimsuit, if you prefer one for the scrub
A hair tie
Anything you need to tell us about your health
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Arrive ten minutes early at 32 Spring Street. Shoes come off at the door and go in a cubby, and you get slippers, a locker and a quick tour.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
A short chat about your skin and health, a warm-up, the scrub, a rinse and a rest. Plan on about an hour and a half for a scrub, longer if you stay for the rooms.
Questions
First-timer questions
Will anyone see me undressed?
Only your attendant, and you are covered by a towel except where they are working. You may wear a swimsuit for the scrub.
What if I want to stop?
Say so at any point. Nobody will ask why, and the session ends.
Can I take photos?
Not past the entrance. Phones stay in your locker or on silent at the front desk.
Ready for a scrub?
Pick a time that is open and we will have a table, a locker and a towel ready.
