Questions
Short answers before you come
How firm is the scrub?
Firm, and you set the pressure. Say so if it is too much and your attendant eases off.
What do I wear?
Disposable underwear or a swimsuit for the scrub, and the plain top and shorts from the front desk in the sauna rooms.
How long should I plan for?
About an hour and a half for a scrub. Add time if you want to stay for the rooms.
Do you speak Korean?
Yes. Mija and Dongmin speak Korean and English. Tell us which you would like when you book.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Many guests do. You will meet your attendant at the front desk, and they will explain each step.
Can I bring a child?
The scrub, massage and sauna rooms are for ages 18 and over. A companion is welcome to wait at the front desk.
Can I use the rooms if I am pregnant?
Ask your doctor first, and tell us when you book. If you have a heart condition or have been told to take care with heat, ask your doctor too.
Where do I see prices?
On the booking page, beside each time, before you confirm. How we set them is on the pricing page.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, for any amount, toward any scrub, massage or time in the rooms. Buy one on the gift card page or at the front desk.
Where do I park?
Street parking is on Spring Street, and the front desk can tell you about the nearest lot when you book.
Still wondering?
Call the front desk or write to us and we will answer.
